Bellevue Mid-Century Project

A comprehensive remodel of a Bellevue mid-century home. The goal was to honor the original architectural vision while reimagining how the interior could work for a modern family. We reconfigured the floor plan from the inside out without losing the soul of the original design.
The main floor was opened to vaulted ceilings to let light pour through the entire living area, and a see-through fireplace anchors the center of the space. Outside, a refined material palette of stucco, stone, and bevel siding gives the home a presence that reads timeless rather than dated.

We also redesigned the floor plan to accommodate a modern main-floor primary suite with an expansive closet and bathroom, a feature today’s clients consistently ask for. A dramatic 5’x9′ pivot door sets the tone before you ever step inside.
