Kirkland Custom Home Project
This downtown Kirkland custom home started before a single wall went up. The existing home on the lot was demolished, and we worked with the client to short-plat the parcel into two. We built the new custom home on one and purchased the other to help finance the build itself. It’s a clear example of how the right partner can do more than build a house. We can help shape the land strategy that makes the project possible.
The home itself was designed entirely around how the clients wanted to live. A main-floor primary suite gives them the option of single-story living without giving up space, and a second-story ADU was integrated into the design with private access. A separate space that doesn’t compromise the main residence.
A large covered outdoor space rounds out the design, giving the family year-round access to outdoor living regardless of Kirkland’s weather.
